The main component of hydrocolloid is a kind of colloid with very strong hydrophilic ability, referred to as hydrocolloid.
 

 

 

The hydrocolloid is formed by heating and stirring sodium carboxymethyl cellulose particles (CMC), hypoallergenic medical viscose, elastomer, plasticizer, etc. Its surface is compounded with a semi-permeable polymer membrane structure. It has strong ability to absorb exudate and is a widely used material in the field of wound care.
